1. Introduction for Parents

At Masoom Kids, we believe every child deserves a joyful and nurturing beginning. Our programs are designed to blend fun with learning, helping children build strong foundations in language, math, social skills, and creativity. Parents choose Masoom Kids because we provide a safe, stimulating environment where every child feels valued and grows with confidence.

2. Rules & Regulations for Fee Payment

• – Fees are payable in three equal instalments:
• • 1st instalment at the time of admission (for new students, and by 15th May from next year).
• • 2nd instalment on or before 15th September.
• • 3rd instalment on or before 15th December.
• – Payment modes: Cash / NEFT / UPI (in favour of Masoom Kids).
• – Late payment will attract applicable late charges as per school rules.
• – The fee schedule may be revised from time to time as per management policy.

3. How to Apply – Step by Step

1. 1. Collect Application Form – available online or at the School Office.
2. 2. Fill the Form – complete details and affix the child’s recent photograph.
3. 3. Submit the Form – along with required documents before the last date.
4. 4. Interaction with Principal – Applicants will be called for a parent-child interaction.
5. 5. Admission Decision – parents will be notified by email or notice board.
6. 6. Confirm Admission – pay the first instalment of fees and collect Uniform and Books.

• – Parent–child interaction (Nursery to Sr. KG).
• – Confirmation of admission on fee payment.
• – Interactive/Orientation session for parents.

5. Documents Required at the Time of Admission

• – Birth Certificate of the child.
• – Aadhar Card of child & parents.
• – Residence Proof (Electricity bill/Passport/other valid proof).
• – Medical Report of the child, if applicable.
• – 2 Passport-size photographs of child & parents.
• – Transfer Certificate (if applicable).

7. Age Criteria for Admission

• – Nursery: Minimum 3 years as on 31st December of the admission year.
• – Junior KG: Minimum 4 years as on 31st December of the admission year.
• – Senior KG: Minimum 5 years as on 31st December of the admission year.
